"Improving" a space is no Agricola term.

Allows you to be 1 extra room ahead of what you've paid for. Very powerful. Isn't this WHE all over again?

Not every card that provides 1 extra room should be banned like WHE. WHE is banned because it effectively creates 3 extra rooms for other players if you sit before the guy who drafted it.		 zlorfik
