What this card is looking at is who is the starting player in the moment that TP is taken. So if you are Starting player when the round begins, but someone else takes the Starting player action during the round, the owner of Harlequin does not get a vegetable when you take TP as your last action. Depending on who took starting player he might get a sheep or a stone though.


The card does not distinguish between you or the other players btizo.
It only looks at the seating position. So yeah, this works on yourself taking the TP action too.		 zlorfik

Seems a little too strong in that you get something if you take TP AND if someone else takes TP. The only other card that is comparable is Harbor Master (whose ADP is already 2.57) and fishing is a much weaker space than TP. waylander
