B Can be used for every room you build, if you build more than 1 room. [ref]
C You may use other cards that change the costs of a room or a renovation together with the Clay Roof for the same action. These cards may even affect the clay cost introduced by the Clay Roof; e.g. with Clay Roof and Frame Builder you can add a room to your wooden hut for 6 wood. [ref]
