All of these cards should have the same wording: (about building majors as minors) Well Builder, Baking Tray, Oven Construction Plan, Potter's Wheel, Blueprint, Gobblet, Braid Maker, Merchant Plowman, Commercial Baker, Kindling, Ceramics, and Manufacturer.

The current wording of this card means it doesn't work with cards that specify major improvements (Guild Provost, Master Bricklayer, Peasant, Contractor, etc.)		 nwoll
