A Can be used for every room you build, if you build more than 1 room. [ref]
B When building a room, you may choose to use 1 reeds and 1 wood instead of the 2 reeds required.
C You may use other cards that change the costs of a room or a renovation together with the Brushwood Roof for the same action. For example, if you also have the Clay Roof, you may use both to replace 2 reeds with 1 wood and 1 clay.
