Whenever you use the most recent Round card, you can take all the Food from the "Fishing" Action space without using a person. Whenever another player uses the "Fishing" Action space, they receive 1 additional Food. [View playtest games] [View all dealt games] |

The last sentence should be: "Whenever another player uses the "Fishing" Action space, he receives 1 additional Food. | Nov 4, 2010 10:49pm [quote] |

To be gender correct, it should read she/he or that player. | Nov 5, 2010 12:59am [quote] |

In English, "they" is singular and gender neutral. | Nov 5, 2010 1:15am [quote] |

Just talked to an english teacher that corrected my correction. Didn't make it to modify my post. Sorry, you were quicker and right. | Nov 5, 2010 1:18am [quote] (Edit: Nov 5, 2010 1:18am) |

Outrider fom the I-deck says "Whenever you use the most recent Round card with one of your people" Maybe we should make this card say the same? |

I can suggest this to Uwe, but his German doesn't have this. Adding this changes the card. Example is interaction with FL Elder. | Nov 5, 2010 10:21am [quote] (Edit: Nov 5, 2010 10:23am) |

This one is weak. We know from the Outrider that the most recent round card is rarely played. And with the food bonus for the other players the fish will be taken quite often. | Nov 8, 2010 11:43pm [quote] |

I'm pretty sure this should be a "North Sea Fisherman". You never really call a person a "fisher." "They" isn't really singular, but its used that way conversationally. Proper English would dictate "he" in this case, but people have used he/she to be gender neutral or "they" for the same (though technically incorrect) purpose. |

Am I right to assume the fish is taken immediately instead of waiting for the end of the round? |
Yeah, I agree it is weak.Jun 25, 2011 9:13pm [quote] |
