I've seen too many games where one player has Clay Supports + Bricklayer, or Brushwood Collector + Axe. In such games, this card could easily be 5 points + some food. Another option:

Each Harvest you receive 1 Food for every empty room. At the end of the game, you receive 1/2/3 Bonus Point for 1/2/3 empty rooms.

I do not agree about the part where we remove the cap to make it stronger in some degenerate combo.

I tried this in a game with Master Builder. I built 3 rooms at full cost and then extended to 6 with the Builder. I got 3 food with it and 1 bonus point in the end but it was a lot of work and it cost me too many resources to build those rooms.
