A (MOOR) Is not activated when you place a field without ploughing, e.g. using the "Slash and Burn" special action, Cattle Collar, or Peat Burn-off.

FotM: i don't understand why this wouldn't activate when using Slash and Burn, it doesn't say whenever you use plow action, it just say whenever you plow 1 field, Slash and Burn is a special action, therefore not an action, but just like plow field action space the result of playing that action or special action is to add a field to your farm, so i think it should activate, but i might be wrong... gordo
