I think this card is too weak. |
Do you mean "each of your family members"? I guess so.Nov 16, 2010 12:53pm [quote] |

I like this. I don't think it's too weak at all. Late in the game, it's a good feeding option, earlier in the game it's a good emergency option. | Nov 16, 2010 2:18pm [quote] |

Zlorfik, you must be commenting on an earlier edition. This card gives 1 VP and 2-5 Food for the price of 1 Grain. I don't think its weak. I think it is just right. Plus, if this card gets voted up, Watchman may get a card in the G2 deck. |
This is a nice card. I'm surprised it only has a score of +2.Dec 21, 2010 11:50am [quote] (Edit: Dec 21, 2010 11:51am) |

I played this in Round 13 to feed during the 5th Harvest. Very handy. |

If I play this in 1-player is it still only one food per family member? | Jan 10, 2011 10:30pm [quote] |

with the current wording - yes. it could say "1 food less than usual" to scale better for 1 player games, and also to stack with cook(?). i don't see a serious problem concerning newborns. | Jan 11, 2011 1:24am [quote] |

UPDATE: I updated it for Watchman. I changed "1 food only" to "1 food less" | Jan 11, 2011 9:48pm [quote] |

Quote from: chris on Jan 11, 2011 9:48pm UPDATE: I updated it for Watchman. I changed "1 food only" to "1 food less" Why would you do this without his consent? Perhaps it was his intent for it to be 1f only, not 1f less. I think it's ok to have it be 1f only, even in solo games. |

Playing this in solo round 14 for 1 vp and 10 food seems a bit busted. I assumed his text had a typo. But you are right, I will change it back and wait for him to comment. | Jan 12, 2011 9:07am [quote] (Edit: Jan 12, 2011 9:08am) |
