I think this card may be too powerful, but I would like to see how it plays. The conditions required to really abuse it might not come up in games, in practice. alweth

I like the idea of this card. Would like to see it in play. agrigal

i think its good, but not overpowered. if it lets you sow each field one additional time, its about the same as one sowing action, but with perfect timing. and you don't get baking actions, that you usually want when playing a sowing strategy. letsdance

This isn't meant to give you permission to sow vegetables on fields reserved for Grain (like Acreage) or grain on fields reserved for veggies (like Turnip Field), is it? tacticus

Is this up to one vegetable from my personal supply on a field that I just harvested grain from?

I assume it is, but it is ambiguous...

since you can only sow from your personal supply i don't think this needs to be mentioned. if we start adding such clauses we will have to do on all future cards because THEN it will be unclear. letsdance

Yeah, this is the sort of wordiness creep that I'm afraid of. Look at EIK cards: they aren't perfect, but most of them give you a pretty clear idea of what they are meant to do without a lot of overprecise verbiage. You could claim that EVERY card is ambiguous in some way, and most of them could be more exact by adding "from the general supply" or "from your personal supply" over and over... but really, is it necessary? no. tacticus

Personal supply:
I asked the question because it was unclear to me where the Good came from. I think it is unclear because it specifies " one" vegetable/grain. Most other cards don't specify the number of goods you get, unless you are receiving them from the general supply.

I think what the wording actually means is that you can sow only one field in each of these ways. Is this correct?

I suggest this wording:

"Whenever you have empty fields after the field phase of the harvest, you can sow grain on one field that you just harvested the last vegetable from, and you can sow vegetables on one field that you just harvested the last grain from"

This wording is based on I86, Corn storehouse, but someone else may have a better suggestion?

i feel like this card is a bit weak and narrow. i also don't bake a lot or sow anything early. the 1 game it is listed as being played in, it was not played (Chris had it- says played r7 but wasn't). other thoughts on the strength of the card..... hunter
