At the end of the game, you receive 9/6/4/2 Bonus points for having 0/1/2/3 Improvements in front of you. [View playtest games] [View all dealt games] |

At first I thought 9 VPs for no Improvements is too high. But playing no improvements means you can't build any cooking Improvements so who knows maybe that's right. |
I like the idea of this card. I'm not sure what the correct number of Bonus points should be.Jul 22, 2010 4:18pm [quote] |

I like the idea of this card too, though the numbers need balancing. I like a big number for 0 improvements (9 is fine). | Jul 22, 2010 5:00pm [quote] |

I'm open to more feedback for the 'right' numbers. |
As the creator, I definitely like the idea of an 'anti-Braggart' card, but I'm still tweaking the numbers. My original idea was 9/7/5/3/1 for 0/1-2/3-4/5-7/8+, but it seems like you need at least ONE imp (prob. major) for food issues.Jul 22, 2010 7:37pm [quote] |

I like the BIG number for having ZERO, since that's a significant challenge. Having only one is limiting, but pretty easy. | Jul 23, 2010 6:54am [quote] |

I don't think any single card should get to double-digits, which is why I changed the max-out of 9 to include only one imp (like a hearth). Alternatively, maybe use scoring for MINORS only, not all imps. |
How big is BIG? 10? 12?Jul 23, 2010 1:09pm [quote] |

9 is probably fine. What's more important is that you don't get 9 if you played 1 improvement. Make your first category 0 not 0-1. Playing 1 improvement is much different than none, so you shouldn't be rewarded too much for that. | Jul 23, 2010 1:14pm [quote] (Edit: Jul 23, 2010 1:16pm) |

Yeah, 9 is big. Too big for having 1 improvement. | Jul 23, 2010 1:38pm [quote] |
