Twice per round, you may exchange 1 Grain from your supply for 1 building resource, or 1 Vegetable from your supply for 2 different building resources. [View playtest games] [View all dealt games] |

Inspired by Slim's Cob House, in which you can pay grain as part of the building cost of a clay room. | May 23, 2011 9:55pm [quote] |

I like it, but i think it may be too strong as is. | May 23, 2011 10:20pm [quote] |

By itself it seems reasonable... but think about combos. This + Grain Cart could get pretty silly. | May 24, 2011 7:51am [quote] |

should be restricted to once per round probably. but the problem is, its quite weak without any combo. unless you can also trade any resource for 1 grain.... | May 24, 2011 8:29am [quote] |

twice per round doesn't solve the grain cart problem. only once per round does. | May 25, 2011 3:13am [quote] |

I'm not seeing the big problem with Grain Cart. I get that it would change the "Take 1 Grain" action space into take 1 grain plus 2 of any building resource. But A) I don't see that being all-that overpowered and B) it's a combo that wouldn't happen all that often, especially in non-draft. Plus you'd be using the "Take 1 Grain" spot a lot, opening up better spots to other players (similar to a TP combo). |
I suppose it could allow for 1 grain conversion and 1 vegetable conversion per round, but I like allowing the flexibility.May 25, 2011 6:45pm [quote] |

My Meat Trader crashed and burned because there was a nearly identical card in the Z-deck. How are people feeling about this trader? | May 31, 2011 1:00am [quote] |
