I used the card to great effect in a game today. I got 2 very early family growth and appeared headed for a blowout. However, the 7 fence cost can be pretty big. You would be taking a lot less wood, so others have better access to it. It is a lot harder to fill up your farm since you aren't fencing open areas. Leaves a lot of space to fill with fields and stables. Renovation is kind of pointless now since you only have a few rooms. Where are you going to get your points? Animals, you can hardly hold very many in your small pastures, and you'll be eating many of then to feed. Lost by 2 points in a 4 way close game armyguy
