At the start of each round, you may pay 1 Stone to place 1 of your unused fences as a road between 2 orthogonally adjacent Action spaces. At the end of each Work phase, you may use 1 empty Action space with a road to one occupied by you. [View playtest games] [View all dealt games] |

Any ideas to make this less wordy? Also, maybe it's not clear, but a road only connects two adjacent spaces, you can't travel more than one road each time. | Jun 8, 2011 9:27am [quote] (Edit: Jun 8, 2011 11:40am) |

No questions for this card? I thought this one was ripe for rewording again and again... | Jun 11, 2011 5:26pm [quote] |

But now that I think more about it, I do want to see this playtested, so I'm changing to a yes for now. |
I think this is one of those cards that nobody has any idea how it would play out. I think it's interesting, but I'm hesitant to throw my weight behind it in case it's broken, so I voted Abstain.Jun 11, 2011 7:30pm [quote] |

This card is interesting! I neglected this card and vote yes now. But I think bridge builder may be a better name for thematic reason. | Jul 5, 2011 4:57am [quote] |

I played it today for the first time. I built 3 roads: boar to fg, cattle to v and occ to DL. I was heavily blocked and still I got once boar (with Animal Dealer=5f) then moved to fg, so I won 5f, once I got a v (coming from cattle action space) and once I moved to DL (enhanced by Foreman for 3f). So in total it brought me 5f and 1v. Not bad at all for an occ. It blocks away some fences, but I was not going to be able to build them all anyway. | Jul 5, 2011 5:55am [quote] |

Perhaps this could be clarified further? "once built, the road is permanent and the fence is no longer available for you to build" Or something |
It wasnt clear to me from the card that the roads stayed on the board permenantly.Jul 5, 2011 6:46am [quote] |

is it a problem if the fences can be build later? | Jul 5, 2011 7:22am [quote] |
