I like it

I think resources include grain and vegetables by the way so you dont need to list them separately. Then again most people get confused by exactly what a 'resource' is so it may help to alleviate confusion if everything is listed. Not sure which is better.

Will there be issues with different sized action spaces? The bigger spaces may have more than 4 spaces orthogonally adjacent to it. yeoster

Nice.

Once per turn, when you place a family member on an action space orthogonally adjacent to a space occupied by another of your family members, you receive at most one additional resource or animal of the type provided by the space.

Question: do you get bonus on space that you place 2nd person or the space the first person is on . . .what is meant by the term "that space"

Also why restrict to once per turn, it's not that often that you can get a third adjacent to first placement but it should reward you.

Do you mean "once per turn" or "once per round"? kimball

could delete the last sentence and instead start the text with "Once per round, when you place a worker..."

not sure if "worker" is agricola language. i think usually we talk about persons or family members.

I hope I didn't play it wrongly, but it's obviously too strong, at least in 1-er game.
4 foods, 1 wood, 2 reed, 1 stone, 1 vegetable, 1 grain, 1 cattle and 1 sheep for me.

So My first suggestion is to set this as a 4-er card.

UPDATE
changed "turn" to "round". I believe that was a typo.

I still can't figure out WHICH space I get the bonus on? If I place my first family member on "Take 3w" and my second family member on "Take 1c" do I get an extra wood or clay?

This needs to be clearly indicated.
