probably not. we usually go by PWR and it's PWR is good. (above average but not overpowered)

i mainly asked because i was interested in your oppinion.

i'm not sure if "almost always played = boring" is just my oppinion or a general one. in my oppinion, we should try to get every card below 80% at least (it has 90% now in 4ers). for some cards it's not possible, for this one it likely would be.
