So its like a WHE that can't cut in line. You must have 2 family members and everyone else 3.

I think, as it is, that it's better than Pastor. I think it should cost "2w/2c". Also, if everybody has room and you are the last to grow, you may play this on sp then grow in the same round, and then the next round you can grow again. This is quite powerful and not that difficult to achieve. hala

old: you needed 2 peeps to play the card and everyone needed 3+.
new: everyone needs more than you		 chris
