I think 6f is too weak. Maybe 7. | Jun 21, 2011 2:36am [quote] |

At 7 or 8 it starts being very hard to do any better than the much tougher to use Maid and Water Carrier. I started low because I didn't want this card to be an auto-play, testing ends up determining the final number anyway. | Jun 21, 2011 2:52am [quote] |

borrower gives 7. instantly, but you have to pay it back. this gives 6 guaranteed food over 6 rounds, but you can keep it. i think these 2 are of similar power. | Jun 21, 2011 3:38am [quote] |

At 6 food it's certainly playable, particularly if you can drop it in Round 1. | Jun 21, 2011 5:32am [quote] |

I like 6, it's Well+1. Equal to Well if you pay 1 food for it. It also makes a decent turn 1 play on 2 Food Occ in 3-er | Jun 22, 2011 12:39am [quote] |

at round 1, when you have 7 occupations in hand, i don't think people will rank it first priority if they are taking the "occupation" action space. i would suggest : 3f in this round and the next 2 rounds. then, this can be a contingent plan for players who have problems with feeding. |
this occupation is not helping in grabbing points but giving only 6f. 6f can only feed 3 family members.Jun 22, 2011 4:05am [quote] (Edit: Jun 22, 2011 4:08am) |

Not every card needs to be pumped to max power. This card is mostly a nod to the other "collector" occ's. I think it's a pretty decent early game occ, it and the starting food often will be enough for your first 2 harvests. | Jun 22, 2011 4:14am [quote] |

this saves about 1 action in the early game without any additional effort. that's quite good. | Jun 22, 2011 6:15am [quote] |
