Once per round, when you buy a minor or major improvement, you may pay one additional building resource of those already paid. Place the extra resource on this card for 1 Victory point.

This card was inspired by sean's sleepless agricola performance, when he bought the expensive fp while the cheap one was still available. We thought there should be a card that, at least, gives some points for insomniacs (in his case, ge got no points )		 hala

During a normal game, you may build somewhere between 3 and 12 improvements with buiding resource cost, normally somewhere around 5-6. So this card can generate as many bonus point. It's enough. If you say "an additional stone", what does this mean for a card that has no stone cost? And the last phrase is not necessary: you already said "of those paid", so while you didn't pay any building resource, you can't pay an additional one of those paid.

Finally, the picture makes me think to a diver rather than an insomniac. Try one of these:
