You might mix this card up with Dance Instructor. Theres nothing on Bagpiper that lets you return the card to your hand.

Dance Instructor gives you food and returns the card to your hand.
Bag Piper gives you food and returns the person playing it to your hand.

Both cards can only give you infinite food in combination with other cards but not on their own. And i dont think theres a combination with Bag Piper.		 zlorfik
