I agree. Since placing the food on the subsequent rounds is not optional, by purchasing a well you have "used the function." (at least that was how I interpreted it since I actually played this card in the same round as I played a well.)

It's nice with bonus point improvements that don't come into effect until scoring.		 nwoll

What if you got the well in the last round of the game? No food would be placed, would it count as unused?

How would it work with something like the outhouse, that has no function?		 unknown70185184
