two comments :
1. we already mess with stables in multiple ways.
2. we already have several sources of bonus points that grows with the number of rooms.

I suggest we make it this way :

1w, Preq : Wooden Hut
The Attic is considered as an occupied room for all purposes.

Basically, it is 1w1c1s for 2 points if you renovate to stone.
It also combos with any room number bonus, Mason and Master Builder.
If it's too weak this way we can make it counts as two occupied rooms.		 jingking

I agree with Jingking about the wooden hut requirement, and I think attics should only be built in your additional wooden huts so the attic can be "built into" the hut instead of placing a stable right on top of it. Maybe require 3 wooden rooms as another prereq. That way, your 5th person can stay in an attic, the card wouldn't be so broken, and it would fit the theme better. Either that or make the costs of the attic higher (or no bonus points) so that the 4th person can stay in the attic. bigfoot729

I would modify the first sentence to :
"Whenever you build stables, you can build 1 stable on each of your rooms."

Maybe its because english is not my first language but with the old text i first thought i could build stables immediately. And was wondering how much they cost, because the card doesnt mention a cost. 		zlorfik

NEW:
Whenever you extend you home, you may place 2 Wood from your personal supply each of the new or old rooms in your home. At the end of the game, you receive 1 Bonus point for each room with an Attic.		 chris
