why not? if you are the last player to put peep this round, if there is no one use it, you can +1f then do what you want.

and even you are not the last peep, you can also think about "if your move after everyone did also be the same(like DL with clay pit)"

acatully, I think it add maybe 12f or 13f in a game.		 ddxu2
