It might be simpler to have the pree-req be "clay hut or stone house" and have the text say "as long as you have at least 3 rooms in your house one of your rooms may hold an additional family member"

To me the "third room" wording can be awkward.		 nwoll

Thats very similar to the TreeHouse, but easier to play. 5w is very expensive for a bed. I would suggest reducing the wood cost and make it the fourth room to be able to hold another family member, so it would be more special (and not so easy to play and break in the family growth chain). tamos

I have updated the card for clarity. I like the idea of adapting it to add your 4th room. I am changing cost from 5 wood to 2 wood and 1 sheep. This differentiates this card from similar cards and keeps it more balanced than the caravan card.

How do people like the balance and the new 2wood, 1 sheep cost? I added 1 bonus point to balance the card and partially mitigate the 1 sheep cost. (Sheep are pretty valuable in mid-game in my opinion.)		 henrysunset
