I don't think that's possible.
I tried to make that argument for half-built oven in G3 (I can exchange the half-built oven for Baker's kitchen since the pre-req is "have an oven" and the cost is paid by half-built oven but others disagreed).

I'm not sure if there's another existing parallel though.		 nwoll

To me this is clear. Imagine you had a minor which had a prereq of 'max 2 minors'. After you play the card you'll have 3 minors, but this is obviously ok. For me your current 4 sheep/1 sheep is fine.		 cunning
