I like this, a simple but useful, analogy of Sawmill. My only suggestion is that you change its name from "Antique Shop" to "China Shop"

1c=1f with profiteer mechanism is an interesting twist, because you get the food from other players. But if you only have 1c to spent, 3f is better than 1f from another player. 1c=2f unlimited seems strong with Clay enhancing cards like clay mixer.

Two points I'm thinking about:

1) Use outside of harvest: Each round convert at most 1c to 2f.
2) Do we need the words from sawmill, that you don't get the bonus points for a rebought Pottery?

However, maybe you can consider removing the bonus point all together and makes it a stronger food engine, that will be significant different from Sawmill. ( and makes the text shorter )
