I think I don't like that you can get vgf from it and still grow at the normal time. The only thing it doesn't let you do is build and grow in the same round.		 ad_hoc

With Tavern Keeper you get 1f, 1g.

TK is good midgame for a big house for a couple grain and a point or two at the end.

Childless plays much differently I think.

I doubt it will be broken good. Maybe I would like it if it was named something else. It's still best to grow as soon as you can.		 ad_hoc

In any game where it is the focus of your Stage 1, which isn't a bad thing because usually rooms are the focus of Stage 1, you will get 2g 2v and 2f from it for 1 action. That is ridiculous.
