I've used it in a few games so far. It's a pretty good 5th or 6th pick that almost always gains you 1 free action. When I play this, I focus on getting my first room with my second action in round 4 to get 1 free action (neutralized by playing the occ) then I build 1 more room later in the game which is pretty easy to do 2nd action when there is less competition.

And if you plan to build 3 rooms then it is even better.

Even if you only build 1 room you still got an occ out without using an action so that's not bad for a late pick...		 nwoll

How does it give you a free action? YOu have to play the occ, so you waste one action too.

I'm not saying it's awesome but it's a very good 6th or 7th pick. if you only build 1 room then you didn't gain or lose - 1 action to play the occ that you get back when you build your room.
If you plan to build 3 times then this is great, especially since the timing really only affects your first room...after first room builds it's pretty easy to build 2nd action.		 nwoll

It has pwr 1.3 or something but decend win rate (for the reason i mentioned i suppose. FOr very specific cards, game flows it can help). sebosch
