I strongly suggest changing this card to a 4+-occupation. In those games he should be similar to Stonecutter. In smaller games, he who owns this card could buy most if not all of the 6 majors that need stone and i think thats too strong.

Also, just like stonecutter, this card should be banned for FOTM-games.		 zlorfik

voted no. too strong. consider the balance between this card and manufacturer which requires one to be in clay and only relates to three improvements. in order to get all three improvements, you pretty much have to sacrifice trying to grow first in order to reno quickly.

this card relates to six improvements, can be immediately used, and doesn't disrupt attempts to build first.
