I guess it's needed, otherwise people would sp for 4~5 food many times(maybe only for food:"TP/Fish is 4f, but why I need that? Go sp", 1w for 4+ food is very cheap.

Huh? The card only gives food in certain rounds. If someone really wants to SP with this in round 4 just to lose a wood and gain nothing then why should that be prevented?

Its a strong minor compared to others of similar make up (giving immediate food for a resource), but that's ok, we need strong minors too.

? How does the prereq add a timing issue? The card only gives food if played in round 3/6/9/12. Why does it need a prereq
