It should say so in the rules, yes. But if it wasn't on the card, i bet there would be somebody asking themself if it works on itself. So no harm putting it on the card. It could be put into parantheses though.		 zlorfik

I don't see any debate. Paper maker clearly says you get the food before you play the occ.		 nwoll

However, I agree with Nwoll and Lumin - there is no debate here, only poor editing - one gets the food before playing the Occupation. wallfly
