This card is very weak now. I prefer the original. I think I know why Uwe nerfed this. A few years ago, our stats incorrectly reported the field Minor as PWR 4.3 because the scripts that data mined the stats incorrectly identified a plowed field on a farm as the field Minor on a farm. In 2015, this was fixed and the new stats show field Minor at its correct PWR of 2.7 which is average and not above average. Uwe received the EIK stats in November of 2014.

May 1, 2012 - November 1, 2014: (incorrect)
field - ADP = 3.25 - Plays (3360 / 3366 = 99.8%) - Wins (956 / 3202 = 29.9%) - PWR = 4.3 [4.4,4.2] [4.5,4.1]

May 1, 2015 - May 1, 2016: (correct)
field - ADP = 4.70 - Plays (436 / 557 = 78.3%) - Wins (105 / 436 = 24.1%) - PWR = 2.7 [3.0,2.4] [3.2,2.2]

Not sure. Shifting Cultivation was just published in Agricola 2:

I'm not sure if we can change it for Agricola 3 or "remove" it and put the field Minor back in (which is the same as changing both its text and name.)

I feel that it is too bad that cards like this were not properly checked for grammar. In particular, the last line which is likely the standard sentence on all passing Minor Improvements in this collection:

"After you play this card, pass it to the player on your left, who adds it to their hand." It should be "...his/her hand..." I would even be happy with only "his" or only "her". Either way, it needs to be in the singular form.
