Minstrel states "at the start of each returning home phase" while Drummer states "at the end of each work phase." Although I agree that it is clear which one triggers before the other, is this really the intention? To prevent one Occupation (which is clearly weaker) to become somewhat blocked? If both cards had a consistent sentence, then I believe the triggers would be in player turn order. 		wallfly
