I had only ever read it as usable if the first overall action in a round was non-accumulating (and occupied by 1 peep.) Anyone else read it as potentially multiple spots? Lumin, are you saying that if the first overall action is "Take 3 Wood", then you cannot use Bassinet that round? I believe Bassinet is usable every round.

I do see the confusion about whether 1 or 4 spaces are available, i.e. either (1) first "non-accumulation space used by any player" versus (2) "first non-accumulation space" used by any player). I'm not sure the answer about that.		 chris
