The asker probably has seen this already, but for those only looking here - this was answered on BGG by Grzegorz/Lookout in the negative. Unfortunately, the rulebook specifies that "action space cards" are only the Round 1-14 action cards - so Forest Inn, Chapel, etc. do not count. lumin
