There's combos for every space but few or none for renovation. I think this would work well with all the renovation cards out there. By the way, you can do this multiple times per game(and I don't believe the card needs to state so directly), but I don't think it can get too crazy since you still have to gather the needed resources and also there's only so much time in the game.

Cost and points are in line with the normal renovations. 		armyguy

1 bonus point per room sure is (3-2 for stone room). But you get those points pretty cheap for only 1w regardless of the size of your house. I guess the additional cost is playing this occ.

This card will combo strongly with Conservator and Thatcher. You can alternatively turn 4 Stone in 8VP and then 4W into 4VP. But thats OK, it would just be a fun combo.		 chris
