He changed the prereq so it's not necessary.

(The prereq says you have to have a resource in your supply)		 nwoll

Here you need to have 4 sheep as prerequisite and can pay one for playing it. Afterwards you have three which is fine. That means for the plow, if I have 2 wood I fulfill the conditions, then pay the 2w costs and afterwards have no resources left for the minor benefit. From my pov it should be 3 resources prerequisite, however, rather would suggest to take the plow immediately option (as anyhow pretty weak).		 quyuran

(this is such a horrible card, but for some reason, with this and other horrible cards, we have to keep adding bandaids instead of replacing with better cards...)		 nwoll
